Each member of AACP has the responsibility to help move AACP’s policy agenda. Advocacy is an active endeavor and involves a number of activities. Some of the actions an active AACP member can engage in are listed on this page. AACP members participate in direct grassroots advocacy through the Legislative Action Center. Advocacy, like education requires some demonstration of the activities that you seek support of, making a visit to your institution or education-site and essential action (Campus Visits). Often a simple list, prepared by peers, helps frame the concept (Active Advocacy).
