Leading Forward is an opportunity for leaders at all levels to delve more deeply into a specific leadership topic. In November, the focus will be adaptive leadership, led by Todd Sorensen. At Leading Forward, individuals will have an opportunity to learn about adaptive leadership and then work in groups to apply the principles they have learned to specific examples and cases they might face in their roles at home institutions. Leaders at all levels are encouraged to attend—department chairs, admissions, experiential education, assessment, admissions, and even committee chairs! Discussions will enable individuals to form action plans for incorporating new ideas and tools into their everyday role.
