Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 22, 2011, excluding a $100 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after June 22. *Cannot register for multiple one-days.

Early-bird registration rates expire May 31, 2011. If registering for early-bird rates and paying by check, your check must be postmarked by May 31. If mailing a check, please send to AACP, PO BOX 41537, Baltimore, MD 21203-6537.
Regular registration rates will apply for payments received via U.S. mail postmarked after May 31, 2011. Credit card payments are preferred; we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Final deadline for online registration is June 22, 2011. After June 22, meeting registration will be available onsite at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio.
