Registration will be available onsite at the AACP Registration and Information Desk at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. The registration desk will be open during the following times:

  • Friday, July 13, 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, July 14, 7:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, July 15, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Monday, July 16, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, July 17, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, July 18, 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.

Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 20, 2012, excluding a $100 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after June 20. *Cannot register for multiple one-days.

Early-bird registration rates expire May 30, 2012. If registering for early-bird rates and paying by check, your check must be postmarked by May 31. If mailing a check, please send to AACP, PO BOX 41537, Baltimore, MD 21203-6537.

Regular registration rates will apply for payments received via U.S. mail postmarked after May 30, 2012. Credit card payments are preferred; we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Final deadline for online registration is June 20, 2012. After June 20, meeting registration will be available onsite at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center.
