Registration

Student registration includes Pharm.D students, Residents/Fellows and Graduate Students.

Early-bird registration rates expire May 31, 2013. If registering for early-bird rates and paying by check, your check must be postmarked by May 31. Regular registration rates will apply for payments received via U.S. mail postmarked after May 31, 2013. Credit card payments are preferred; we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Final deadline for online registration is June 18, 2013. After June 18, meeting registration will be available onsite at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.  

Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 18, 2013, excluding a $100 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after June 18.
