Join a Special AIMM Collaborative Cohort of AACP-convened Teams
Join an AACP cohort of teams to help lead a national movement that places academic pharmacy as a strategic partner in promoting medication management services. Schools of pharmacy will collaborate with a community practice site to redefine and transform patient care, reach the next level of coordinated healthcare, and integrate medication management services into interprofessional healthcare teams.

AIMMc provides the infrastructure, resources and expertise to guide and support you through the process. Reduced fees for AACP-participating teams apply, including $1,000 savings per team; you can join the collaborative year for $4,000. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, June 30. This special collaborative kicks off with a live learning session during the AACP Annual Meeting, July 11-15 in National Harbor, Md. Teams that register by Sunday, May 31 are invited to take advantage of prework opportunities with current AIMMc teams during the month of June.
