The Award for Excellence in Assessment highlights outstanding Doctor of Pharmacy assessment programs for their progress in developing and applying evidence of outcomes as part of the ongoing evaluation and improvement of pharmacy professional education. New in 2017, a simplified application process sees manuscripts prepared using the IDEAs format similar to a submission to the American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education, giving authors a head-start on a publication. Review the proposal guidelines and updated evaluation criteria here. Please note that while submitting for the Award for Excellence in Assessment does not guarantee publication in AJPE, authors are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscripts to the peer review process. Submissions are due Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
