Which sessions can I receive CE credit for attending?

All accredited continuing education sessions are marked as such in the program schedule.

ACPE logoThe American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.

How do I request CE credit for the sessions I attended?

CPE credits are administered via the online AACP CE Administration platform, Learning Express CE (LECE). Meeting registrants must attend the accredited continuing education activities and complete the CE post-assessment and activity evaluation on the LECE platform. A passing score of 75% is required to obtain CPE credit.

CPE credit information will be electronically transmitted to CPE Monitor upon successful completion of the CE post-assessment and evaluation. Pharmacists should log in to their NABP e-profile to access information about their completed CPE and to print a valid statement of credit if needed.

Note: It is imperative that pharmacist attendee’s NABP e-Profile ID and birthdate (in MM/DD format) are correctly entered into their LECE profile and correspond with their NABP record. Failure to ensure this information is identical in both programs will jeopardize their earning CPE credits.

If you have questions regarding CE before or after Pharmacy Education 2024, please contact Dorothy NovilusAssociate Director of Continuing Professional Development, at 703-739-2330 ext. 1027.

Why do I need a CE session code?

AACP utilizes standard procedures for providing evidence of participation in accredited continuing education activities. Prior to completing the CE session post-assessment, participants will be asked to enter an “Access Code” to ensure they have attended sessions approved for continuing education credits. Presenters will provide the Access Code at the conclusion of their presentations.

  • Diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism (DEIA) initiatives
  • Role of technology and infrastructure to assist faculty and staff
  • Professional development opportunities for faculty and staff
  • Strategically adapting and managing limited resources to meet school commitments

Investing in faculty and staff success is an investment for the future of the institution. It helps ensure that faculty and staff have what they need to develop practice-ready and successful student pharmacists who are our profession's future. The 2024 School Poster Theme Subcommittee has recommended the theme be “Strengthening Faculty and Staff Success”.  Colleges and schools of pharmacy will be asked to submit abstracts that meet this theme through several factors such as how are colleges and schools of pharmacy creating cultures of value and appreciation, their efforts in DEIA initiatives, technology and infrastructure changes/updates to assist faculty and staff, and professional development opportunities created for faculty and staff.
