Early-bird registration rates expire June 25, 2020. Payments must be received on or before June 25, 2020, credit card is the only form of payment. AACP accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Regular registration rates will apply for payments received between June 26, 2020 - July 31, 2021. Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

For a full refund minus $25 processing fee, a cancellation request must be received in writing before Monday, July 6 2020. No refunds will be made for cancellations requests received after Monday, July 6, 2020. Please send all cancellation requests to Janet Mudd at 703-739-2330 ext. 1023. All eligible refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of written cancellation request.
