This year, AACP has blocked rooms at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center to ensure attendees will have exceptional accommodations for the 2017 AACP Annual Meeting, July 15–19, in Nashville.

If AACP does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the price of services will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, AACP faces significant financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.

Shuttle

Hyatt Place will run our complimentary shuttle starting at 6:45 a.m. and ending at 10:30 p.m. during conference dates, Thursday, July 13–Tuesday, July 18, 2017 and drop off at the Magnolia Lobby of Gaylord Opryland and will run once an hour at the bottom of the hour after that. If the hotel does not have an airport shuttle run at the top of each hour, we can offer shuttle service to/from the convention center.

AACP Registration Change, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by Friday, June 30, 2017. Due to costs associated with the meeting, we are unable to refund any portion of the registration fee for cancellations received after Friday, June 30, 2017.

Changes to your registration or events cannot be made online once you have already registered for the meeting. To request a meeting registration change, refund or cancellation, please contact Janet Mudd, staff accountant, at 703-739-2330 ext. 1023.

Transportation to/from Nashville

The Gaylord Opryland is accessible via Nashville International Airport-BNA (about 8 miles). Taxi transportation from BNA airport will cost around $30 one-way.

The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center also has an airport shuttle service that costs $19 one-way or $30 roundtrip. The shuttle runs every half hour to and from the Gaylord Opryland beginning at 5:00 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. To make a reservation in advance, please call 615-883-2211 or purchase a ticket at the Nashville International Airport baggage claim.

Purchase tickets to the Grand Ole Opry

The Grand Ole Opry is a weekly country-music stage concert in Nashville, Tenn., which was founded on November 28, 1925, by George D. Hay as a one-hour radio "barn dance" on WSM. Dedicated to honoring country music and its history, the Opry showcases a mix of famous singers and contemporary chart-toppers performing country, bluegrass, folk, gospel, and comedic performances and skits. The Grand Ole Opry is offering AACP guests discounted tickets during our conference dates. Purchase them here. There is a complimentary Grand Ole Opry shuttle which travels from the Gaylord Opryland Resort and The Inn at Opryland to the Grand Ole Opry House and back. Shuttle location is the Magnolia Canopy at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
