FAQS for Implementation Science Virtual Training Session

Who should attend?

The session is intended for faculty, practice or faculty, who are interested in learning about or applying implementation science to advance their practice or education-based research or scholarship. Although no prior experience with implementation science is assumed of attendees, the session will most benefit those with experience in research, including quality improvement or program evaluation projects. You do not need to be an AACP member to attend the session.

Do you have to be an AACP member to attend the session?

No, you do not need to be an AACP member to attend the session. All faculty, staff, trainees and affiliates of pharmacy schools are welcome to register for and attend the session.

Do I have to register for the February in-person workshop to attend the virtual sessions?

No, each session in the series can be attended as a stand-alone event. However, members interested in developing implementation science research projects are encouraged to attend all sessions. The registration fee for each virtual session can be applied as a discount toward the registration cost for the in-person workshop. 

What is the registration cost?

The registration cost for the each virtual workshop is $25, whether or not CE is sought. Registrants will receive a discount code to apply this fee to the cost of a full registration to the in-person workshop on February 18, 2023 in Orlando, Fla.

When does registration close?

Registration will close January 19, 2023.

How is payment for the workshop handled?

Payments will only be accepted via credit card.
