Trainee Poster Competition Abstracts
The Council of Sections (COS) invites student pharmacists, graduate students, postdocs, residents and fellows at colleges and schools of pharmacy to submit poster abstracts for inclusion in a trainee poster competition at the 2026 Annual Meeting. In Phase 1 of this competition, selected Trainee Finalists will be notified of their selection who will advance into Phase 2. In Phase 2, Trainee Finalists will present their posters live in Grapevine, Texas and posters will be judged virtually by multi-disciplinary teams, and one poster will be recognized in each of the following three categories: best poster by a student pharmacist; best poster by a graduate student; and best poster by a resident, fellow or postdoc. Poster competition award recipients will receive a digital certificate and a digital monetary prize.
NOTE: AACP will be using CadmiumCD platform to collect 2026 Annual Meeting poster abstract submissions. Please carefully review the details below on the updated criteria, guidelines and instructions before you begin your abstract submission. NEW UPDATES FOR 2026 POSTER SYMPOSIUM
- The Poster Symposium will take place on Sunday, July 19, with Poster Session 1 from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET and Poster Session 2 from 2:00–6:00 p.m. ET. Your accepted poster will be assigned either one of the poster sessions and we will notify you of your assigned poster session in June.
- If the SAME primary author has more than one ACCEPTED poster abstract, either the author or a co-author must be present at each poster during the Annual Meeting, as multiple posters by the same author will not be displayed adjacent to one another.
- A 2026 Poster Submission Informational Kickoff Webinar will be held on February 9 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET to review the poster process and key timelines.
