Special Poster Abstracts
Please Note: AACP will be using CadmiumCD platform to collect 2026 Annual Meeting poster abstract submissions. Please carefully review the details below on the updated criteria, guidelines and instructions before you begin your abstract submission. NEW UPDATES for the 2026 POSTER SYMPOSIUM
- The Poster Symposium will take place on Sunday, July 19, with Poster Session 1 from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. ET and Poster Session 2 from 2:00–6:00 p.m. ET. Your accepted poster will be assigned either one of the poster sessions and we will notify you of your assigned poster session in June.
- If the SAME primary author has more than one ACCEPTED poster abstract, either the author or a co-author must be present at each poster during the Annual Meeting, as multiple posters by the same author will not be displayed adjacent to one another.
- A 2026 Poster Submission Informational Kickoff Webinar will be held on February 9 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. ET to review the poster process and key timelines.
- Two virtual office hours will be offered during the submission period to provide support and answer questions. Dates are listed below.

- We will be offering continuing education (CE) credits for Research and Education Posters and Trainee Competition Posters. You can claim 1 CE hour for each poster session, for a total of 2 CE hours for two poster sessions. More details to follow.

New Investigator Award Recipient Posters
AACP New Investigator Award Recipients are invited to present the final research findings of their NIA-research-funded project at the Annual Meeting.
ALFP Cohort 22 Debate Posters
The Academic Leadership Fellows Program supports and contributes to the development of leaders in academic pharmacy and higher education. This is a new initiative and new part of the ALFP curriculum. As part of the ALFP Cohort 22 program, ALFP Fellows participate in a debate on current topics in academic pharmacy and will present their debate topic and stance at the Annual Meeting poster session.
Aspiring Academics Posters
The Aspiring Academics program is for pharmacy students interested in learning about the potential career pathway of academic pharmacy. As part of their program, the selected Aspiring Academic students complete a project and literature review to explore current topics in academic pharmacy. They will present their topic reviews at the Annual Meeting poster session.

Community Pharmacy Student Scholars Program (CPSS)
The Community Pharmacy Student Scholars program is for pharmacy students interested in pursuing a career in community pharmacy. As part of their program, the select student scholars will present a group poster showcasing hot topics in community pharmacy practice transformation.
