Leadership in Enrollment Management
2021 Admissions Workshop
Colleges and schools of pharmacy must foster strategic leadership at all levels of enrollment management to effectively respond to increasingly competitive and uncertain conditions that impact student recruitment and retention. Enrollment management is an organizational approach to student success that is inclusive of multiple administrative functions, including recruitment, admissions, student services, academic support programs, strategic planning, financial aid, and alumni relations.
The 2021 AACP Admissions Workshop will focus on developing the leadership skills of administrators, faculty, and staff who have enrollment management responsibilities, so they may better navigate the current challenges and opportunities facing pharmacy education. Attendees will learn about the important role of leadership in enrollment management, ways to promote broader engagement in the school’s strategic plan, professional competency areas for faculty and staff in student affairs, and opportunities for the continual development of enrollment management professionals.
Members and non-members at AACP member institutions are invited to join us and the AACP Admissions Workshop Advisory Committee for this free series of sessions to enhance your ability in managing change in an age of disruption.
