Close your eyes. Think about your organization and its culture. Include all your colleagues in this visualization – administration, faculty, staff and students. Is the focus on developing all individuals to become better OR is everyone invested in hiding weaknesses and looking good? Please join us to investigate why we frequently invest in a culture that is counterproductive and what we can do to create a deliberately developmental culture.

Target Audience:

This webinar is designed for all pharmacy faculty and administrators.

Learning Objectives:

At the completion of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify what makes a Deliberately Developmental Organization (DDO) different from a traditional organization and its relationship to the different levels of complexity of mind.
  2. Describe the design features of a DDO, including edge (growth), groove (practice), and home (community).
  3. Explain ways in which your organization can become more aligned with the features of a deliberately developmental culture.
