- You may enter up to ten activities with each submission. If there are more than ten, please submit an additional form.
- We estimate each activity takes between 10–15 minutes to complete.
- We encourage you to cut and paste information from existing sources.
- New submissions will be pulled on the 15th of each month for review. Approved activities will be posted to the Opioid-Related Activities Database by the 1st of each month.
