2025 Trainee Poster Competition Judges
AACP is seeking volunteers to serve as Judges for this year’s Trainee Poster Abstract Competition, which will be conducted prior to the Pharmacy Education 2025. Trainee Poster Judging Competition will take place on AACP Learn platform from July 7 to July 10. If you are available during that time and would like to serve as a Trainee Poster Judge, please complete this volunteer form below by June 16.
After the sign-up closes, judges will be provided with the evaluation criteria and instructions on how to review and score the presentations of the Trainee Poster Competition Finalists in a separate email. Judges will be grouped in teams of three and will be provided with the contact information of the other judges on their assigned team.
Trainee Poster Competition Finalists will display their posters live in Chicago, Illinois. Trainee Poster Winners will be announced at the 2025 AACP Annual Meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: To serve as a judge, you must be an active member of AACP and must be registered for the 2025 Annual Meeting to access the trainee poster competition abstracts on AACP Learn. Judges should have at least two years of experience as faculty in pharmacy education; preferably with research experience.
One poster will be recognized in each category:
- Student pharmacist
- Graduate student
- Resident, fellow or post-doctoral trainee
