Thank you for your interest in joining the Pharmacy Academia Implementation Science (PAIS) Community Database. This database is part of a new initiative from the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) to identify, connect, and support Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) scientists across the Pharmacy Academy. The goal of this database is to promote collaboration and resource development that advances D&I science within pharmacy education, research, and practice.

Please note: All information submitted through this form will be publicly viewable on the AACP website. Do not include sensitive or private information you do not wish to be made public.
