2026 Interim Meeting Registration Fees

Early-bird registration rates expire on Friday, December 19, 2025. If you are pre-registering for online special rates, credit card is the only form of payment accepted. Meeting registration will also be available onsite at the AACP Registration and Information Desk.

Pre-registration is required for the AACP New CEO Deans and the New Department Chairs Programs (Saturday).

Pre-Session Programming

Registration for the following additional sessions is not included in the full conference registration fee.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made by Friday, January 23, 2026, and will incur a $150 cancellation fee. All refunds will be issued in the form of a credit for use towards AACP's Programs, Products or Services within one year from the date of issue. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Janet Mudd, Senior Accountant, at jmudd@aacp.org.
