AACP's 2026-27 Virtual Pharmacy School Fairs 

Join us as an exhibitor at AACP's 2026-27 Virtual Pharmacy School Fairs, taking place September 10, 2026 and March 10, 2027. Held as part of AACP's national Pharmacy Is Right For Me campaign, these annual events are designed to raise awareness of the vast opportunities available within the profession of pharmacy and to connect your program with prospective pharmacy students from across the country. The events feature live virtual exhibit halls, where schools showcase their programs in real time, alongside a series of interactive 30-minute workshops on topics relevant to pharmacy education and career preparation.

Event Details

  • Fall: Thursday, September 10, 2026 (1:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST)
    • 1pm - 5pm EST: Workshops presented by pharmacy schools & sponsors on various topics
    • 5pm – 7pm EST: Chat or talk face-to-face with attendees during the Expo hours
  • Spring: Wednesday, March 10, 2027 (1:00 PM - 7:00 PM EST)
    • 1pm - 5pm EST: Workshops presented by pharmacy schools & sponsors on various topics

Why Exhibit?

Present a Workshop

  • Take advantage of this great opportunity to engage directly with more prospective students – at no additional cost. 
  • If you are interested in hosting a workshop for the Fall fair, please submit your proposed workshop using the form below by August 3, 2026
  • Slots for workshops are limited. If your proposal is accepted, our team will follow up with you to confirm your session topic, time slot and logistics. 
  • Workshop recordings will be posted to the Pharm4Me YouTube channel approximately one week following the conclusion of the Virtual Fair and will remain there indefinitely.

Submit Workshop Proposal

Registration & Rates:

  • $300 to participate in the Fall or Spring Fair only
  • $500 to participate in both the Fall and Spring Fairs
  • Deadline to register for Fall or both Fall and Spring: August 24, 2026
  • Registration for Spring only will open in early 2027
  • Schools that register for both events only need to complete registration once 
  • Each exhibitor may bring up to 10 representatives to staff their virtual booth (and we encourage you to consider bringing current students!). However, only one person should complete the registration form on behalf of the institution and share the access link with other team members.

     

Attendee Registration

The Virtual Pharmacy School Fair is an excellent opportunity for prospective students to explore pharmacy programs, learn about admissions requirements, discover unique career opportunities, and more!

  • Cost: Free to attend

  • Confirmation: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom along with reminder emails leading up to the event.

How do we set up our virtual booth after registering?

Once you’ve registered, our team will contact you within 5 business days with:

  • Your personalized Zoom exhibitor link, and
  • Detailed setup instructions

In the meantime, we encourage you to visit the Exhibitor Resources folder for additional guidance and helpful materials.

Can we register for the Spring term only right now?

No. At this time, you can only register for:

  • Fall only, or
  • Both Fall and Spring

Registration for Spring-only participation will open at a later date.

When can pharmacy schools connect with prospective students?
  • The Fall fair takes place Thursday, September 10, from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST.
  • Live chat and face-to-face video conversations with attendees will take place exclusively during the 2-hour Expo period from 5pm - 7pm EST. There is no need to remain online for the full 7-hour program, especially because the Expo will be closed from 1pm - 5pm EST.
  • The first 5 hours are reserved for educational workshops. If your school is presenting, presenters only need to be available during their scheduled session.
Will additional staff listed as representatives receive their own Zoom Event invite?
  • Yes. Any staff member added as a representative will receive an email invitation when they are added.
  • If they do not receive the email, they can contact pharm4me@aacp.org, and we will resend the link or provide a direct-join link.
When will we receive the pre-event registrant list, and what information is included?
  • Participating schools will receive the full registration list both before and after the 2026 Fall Virtual Pharmacy School Fair.
    • Pre-event list: Sent the week of August 31
    • Post-event list: Sent the week of September 21
  • The lists include the following information for all prospective students who register and/or attend:
    • Name
    • Email
    • City
    • State
    • Intended application year
    • Degree they are pursuing
What is the ECHO Targeting Voucher?

The ECHO Targeting Voucher is an optional benefit available exclusively to schools and colleges of pharmacy that register for one or both fairs. It provides added value but is not required to use. The voucher’s value is equal to the registration fee, effectively offering a complimentary benefit of the same amount.

How can we become a sponsor for the event?

Sponsors should not use the exhibitor registration form, as it is intended only for schools and colleges. To inquire about sponsorship opportunities, please contact Elissa Brooks, AACP's Senior Director of Development directly.

Can we pay for the registration list without participating in the event?

No. Purchasing the registration list without participating is not an option.
To receive the registration list, schools must:

  • Register for the event
  • Set up a virtual booth
  • Be available during expo hours

Active participation is required in order to access attendee information.
