2025 Virtual Pharmacy School Fair
Join us as an exhibitor at the annual Virtual Pharmacy School Fair, taking place September 18–19, 2025, designed to connect your program with prospective pharmacy students from across the country. Each day will feature live virtual exhibit halls, where schools will showcase their programs in real time, alongside a series of interactive 30-minute workshops on topics relevant to pharmacy education and career preparation.
Event Details
Exhibitors may exhibit either on:
- Day 1: Thursday, September 18th from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET OR
- Day 2: Friday, September 19th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET
All exhibitors will receive the full registrant list from BOTH days.
Why Exhibit?
- Connect live with prospective students through video, chat, and downloadable materials
- Opportunity to host a live 30-minute workshop (limited slots)
- Register as a single institution and bring up to 10 representatives
- Select one day to exhibit but receive the full student registrant list from BOTH days after the event for follow-up and recruitment

Registration & Rates:
- Opens: Now - September 17, 2025
- Early Bird Rate: $350 (through July 31)
- Regular Rate: $450 (August 1–September 17)
- Each school may bring up to 10 representatives to staff their virtual booth (and we encourage you to consider bringing current students!). However, only one person should complete the registration form on behalf of the institution and share the access link with other team members.

Interested in Hosting a Workshop?
If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please submit your proposed workshop using this form by July 31st. Slots for workshops are limited. If your proposal is accepted, our team will follow up with you to confirm your session topic, time slot and logistics.
