Zoom Format Definitions

Full Group Zoom: synchronous session with all attendees in same session

Facilitated Breakouts via Zoom: synchronous session with attendees divided into breakout rooms within Zoom; facilitators available in some or all rooms to promote discussion. Breakouts will include members of multiple schools/colleges of pharmacy.

Full Group Zoom with Breakouts: hybrid of Full Group Zoom and Facilitated Breakouts in Zoom; synchronous session with some parts of the session occurring with all attendees in the same session and some time devoted to breakouts.

Home Team Zoom: synchronous session during which each institution’s teams will meet via Zoom to develop their plans for how to implement these topics at home. Facilitator Consultants available upon request. Some of these sessions will start with Full Group Zoom before breaking into Home Team Breakouts.

Mixed Team Breakouts via Zoom: several Home Teams will meet synchronously to share their progress and learn from other teams

Asynchronous Chat: before and after the day’s main meetings, attendees will be able to asynchronously reflect on their learning and ask questions/make suggestions to share with other attendees and speakers.
