This webinar will discuss how to efficiently incorporate student and resident learners into all aspects of the academic triad, with a focus on scholarly activity. Strategies for student goal setting, project management and research activity organization will also be described and then practiced by webinar participants.

Objectives:

  1. Align your practice and scholarship goals with student and resident learners
  2. Identify methods to incorporate different levels of learners into research opportunities in your own teaching and practice 
  3. Describe various project management and organizational tools to efficiently manage learners
  4. Apply the use of SMART goals and micro-goals to create a mock project schedule
