Leading effective teams is a critical skill to have at any level in your career.

Leading teams toward great performance can be achieved by applying a set of guiding principles to each unique group situation, such as pedagogical teams in the classroom, interprofessional healthcare teams, departments, committees and more.

Now's your second chance to attend the Holistic Admissions Institute, rescheduled from fall 2016, to discuss holistic review in pharmacy admissions and assessment of admissions practices. Teams of 3–5 individuals will have the opportunity to review their mission and diversity statements on admissions to determine how well-aligned they are to those of the institution. This provides participants with a path for applying the holistic review framework to identify true mission-based, applicant criteria, which will support the diversity interests and excellence at your institution.
