This webinar will introduce the book "Start Here: Master the Lifelong Habit of Wellbeing", and will discuss that by being engaged in certain practices, we can positively impact mental health and wellbeing. The webinar will focus on three specific practices that we can do in order to enhance wellbeing. 

Objectives:

  1. Describe the premise and intent of the book, "Start Here: Master the Lifelong Habit of Wellbeing".
  2. Discuss how the components of engagement, relationships, and contribution enhance mental health and wellbeing.
  3. Apply techniques that put each component into action and enhance one’s wellbeing.
