Developing positive Well Being, Grit and a Growth Mindset are essential elements for our students and colleagues; however, as we all know, it cannot be done in a day. This webinar will present an evidence-based approach to building a program that is intentional and steps students through each of the aspects for a long term impact.

Objectives:

  1. Understanding components of Well Being, Grit and a Growth Mindset.
  2. Assessment of Well Being, Grit and Mindset using validated tools.
  3. Planning a longitudinal program at our institutions in a step-wise, progressive and practical manner.
