Faculty Wellness: It’s a Journey, Not a Destination

Faculty wellness is a frequent topic of discussion within the academy. Faced with innumerous stressors, pharmacy faculty are at risk for reduced morale, limited enthusiasm, and an increased level of burnout. During this session, one college’s journey to improve faculty engagement and wellness will be shared. The webinar will discuss wellness in pharmacy through a faculty lens and input on wellness initiatives from participants will be encouraged.

Objectives:

  1. Review recent wellness initiatives within pharmacy organizations
  2. Describe one college’s approach to positively affect faculty wellness
  3. Discuss outcomes stemming from the college’s Wellness Committee
