This webinar will describe the importance and process of enhancing students’ self-awareness through the lens of three pharmacy programs. The assessment instrument, outcomes, and application throughout pharmacy curricula and co-curricula will also be discussed.

Objectives

  1. Discuss the importance of integrating opportunities and assessment tools to enhance self-awareness in student pharmacists. 
  2. Describe some examples of assessment tools used to measure self-awareness in student pharmacists. 
  3. Discuss the application of the assessment tool throughout the pharmacy curricula and co-curricula. 
  4. Evaluate the outcomes associated with the self-awareness education. 
  5. Discuss the application of the assessment tool throughout the pharmacy curricula and co-curricula.
