We often find ourselves wearing multiple hats throughout the day, jumping from one responsibility to the next with little time to transition. At any given moment, it may be difficult to decide which hat to put on next and how long to wear it. Join this webinar to hear from a diverse panel regarding their strategies for approaching the day with intentionality.

Objectives:

  • List best practices for balancing professional responsibilities with personal time through different life stages.
  • Describe strategies for an intentional transition of activities both at work and home.
  • Identify opportunities to prioritize well-being throughout the day while balancing personal and professional responsibilities.
