Evaluating Options for Training and Certification

So… you want to pursue training or certification in mindfulness, well-being, or a related area. Where to start? How do you find a quality program, and how can you tell if it’s the right program for you? This webinar will provide a roadmap for sorting through the many different options in an increasingly crowded and confusing field. 

Objectives:

  1. Recognize valid reasons for pursuing training or certification in mindfulness, well-being, or related areas. 
  2. List important questions to ask when evaluating possible programs.
  3. Discuss the pros and cons of different types of training and certification programs.
