Cohort 2 Application Launch: Fall 2024
Badge Competencies
- Recognize opportunities and challenges within the evolving health care system to advance pharmacy services within community pharmacy.
- Demonstrate evidence-based change practices that drive implementation of pharmacy services.
- Design and implement an ongoing evaluation plan of pharmacy services utilizing relevant quality measures.
- Persuasively communicate the value of advanced pharmacy services in the community pharmacy to relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility
Currently employed as a faculty/staff member at a college/school of pharmacy or serving as a preceptor for a college/school of pharmacy.

ACT Foundational Module in Community Pharmacy Transformation - will be made available soon | Self-attestation + session evaluation Participants will be invited to submit alternate evidence of this knowledge (e.g., presenting or lecturing on content) if desired. |
Attend at least 4 ACT Pharmacy Collaborative Monthly Webinars

Complete at least one elective learning activity. Suggestions TBD. | Self-attestation +/- upload evidence of completion (may not be available for all options). Answer: Do you recommend adding your elective to the “Suggested Electives” list? |
Engagement/Implementation | |
Complete site visit to a community pharmacy and use the Flip the Pharmacy Community Pharmacy Self-Assessment Tool | Upload photo from visit, complete form including a statement/quote about the impact of the visit. |

Badge Verification Review
AACP staff will determine that all applications are complete and eligibility requirements have been met. Once eligibility requirements are verified, the application will be moved through a peer review process.
