In this webinar, student services leaders in colleges of pharmacy will focus on building up, developing, and supporting staff members. The webinar will begin with a short presentation on integral theoretical frameworks for developing individuals and groups and proceed into presenting case studies related to staff morale and engagement. Participants will take away strategies related to engaging staff.
