PharmGKB 101: What Every Pharmacogenomics Educator Needs to Know

The National Institutes of Health-funded Pharmacogenomics Knowledgebase (PharmGKB; www.pharmgkb.org) is the premier data repository for pharmacogenomics information. Its many features open the doors for exciting possibilities in pharmacogenomics education. This webinar will introduce participants to the many aspects of the PharmGKB website and offer insights into how these resources may be leveraged to advance pharmacogenomics education. 

Objectives:

  1. Identify key features of the Pharmacogenomics Knowledgebase (PharmGKB). 
  2. Describe freely available PharmGKB training resources. 
  3. Explain how PharmGKB may be leveraged to advance pharmacogenomics education.
