Join EMS and Dr. Stephen Duffull, Associate Dean, Research and Post Graduate, School of Pharmacy, University of Otago for this live interprofessional (IPE) virtual training event. Attendees will have the opportunity to observe a web-based case (real time) exercise and attend a debriefing by Dr. Duffull. The case will run live, with a live broadcast of the debriefing.
Objectives:
- Identifying diagnoses that are no longer present.
- Understanding which medications are important for the patient's well being.
- Understanding the risks of discontinuing medications.
- Developing a management plan in the absence of concrete evidence.
