Thank you for attending INitiate 2025, the AACP Interim Meeting. Please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey and share your feedback about the meeting. We value your input, and your comments will assist us in planning future events.

This survey will close on Tuesday, March 18. Your responses to this survey will remain confidential.

AACP LMS Survey

AACP Resource

AACP recognizes that effective colleges and schools of pharmacy rely on the efforts and expertise of many non-pharmacist colleagues, including faculty and staff. The AACP LMS Working Group is seeking to develop content to support non-pharmacists employed at colleges and schools of pharmacy.

This survey aims to assess the needs and interests of non-pharmacist faculty and staff involved in pharmacy education. It gathers input from these individuals about the areas of pharmacy and pharmacy education they wish to learn more about to enhance their job performance. Additionally, it seeks input from their supervisors, who may have identified specific knowledge gaps. The insights collected will guide the development of a formal training program to address these needs effectively.

  • If you fall into either of these categories, please take a few moments to fill out this survey: Non-pharmacist faculty member or staff member at a college or school of pharmacy
  • A pharmacist or staff member who supervises non-pharmacist faculty and staff at a college or school of pharmacy
    • Note: If you supervise more than one non-pharmacist faculty or staff member and you feel that those people have different needs, you will have opportunity to answer content-related questions multiple times to address these differences.

If you have any questions prior to or while filling out the survey, please contact Angela Brownfield (brownfielda@umkc.edu) and/or Suzanne Larson (slarso@midwestern.edu).

A Personal Touch

How does personality play a role in communication in the pharmacy sphere? Extroverts are good at initiating conversation, but introverts tend to be empathetic, which leads to connection.

AACP Statement on NIH Facilities and Administrative Costs Impact on Colleges and Schools of Pharmacy

AACP expresses grave concern regarding the new administration’s illegal and misguided effort to significantly reduce facilities and administrative (F&A) cost funding for research institutions by implementing a standard rate of 15% across all NIH grants for indirect costs starting today. Such actions will damage our members’ ability to maintain critical research infrastructure and will reduce research and training capacity.
