The University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences launched the first pharmacy school-based M.S. in clinical and translational therapeutics degree program in the country. More colleges are embracing the need to coordinate medical research training from “bench to bedside” through clinical pharmacy and translational science.

The accredited continuing education activities presented during INvigorate 2022 are designed for pharmacy educators and leaders including deans, associate/assistant deans, department chairs, faculty, and professional staff.

Pharmacy Education 2022 Call for Special-Session Proposals

The Annual Meeting provides opportunities for Academy members to present and network during plenary sessions, special, mini, and micro-sessions, topical roundtables, poster presentations and in the exhibit hall. AACP members are invited to submit proposals for Special Sessions (60-minutes, maximum 5 speakers) on topics broadly applicable to contemporary pharmacy education. Proposals including perspectives from more than one institution are encouraged for 60-minute special session submissions.

Pharmacy Education 2022 Call for Mini-Session Proposals

The Annual Meeting provides opportunities for Academy members to present and network during plenary sessions, special, mini, and micro-sessions, topical roundtables, poster presentations and in the exhibit hall. AACP members are invited to submit proposals for Mini-Sessions (30-minutes, maximum 2 speakers) on topics broadly applicable to contemporary pharmacy education.

2021–2022 AACP President Stuart Haines asked every 2022 AACP Committee (Ad Hoc, Awards, Standing, and Special and Advisory) to consider ways that AACP can improve its financial health. Please provide your committee’s idea(s) on potential revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities that the Association should consider. This information will be shared with AACP Staff and the Strategic Planning Committee for consideration and potential implementation.
